General Terms and Conditions for Liability
- Host Liability Disclaimer
The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during a guest’s stay. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and belongings while on the premises. - Personal Belongings
The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables and report any concerns to local authorities as necessary. - Third-Party Services
If guests choose to use third-party services (such as transportation, tours, or activities), the host is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may result from those services. Guests engage with such services at their own risk. - Force Majeure
The host is not responsible for any cancellations, interruptions, or damages caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseeable events beyond the host’s control. - Property Condition
The host ensures that the property is in a habitable condition at the time of check-in. However, the host is not liable for any temporary disruptions of utilities (such as electricity, water, gas, or internet) or for maintenance issues that arise during the guest’s stay. - Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their stay, including but not limited to violations of house rules, misconduct, or non-compliance with local laws and regulations. - Safety and Security
While the host takes reasonable measures to ensure guest safety, guests are responsible for their personal security during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, locking doors, following safety guidelines, and using security features where provided. - Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the host shall not be held liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages resulting from the guest’s stay, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, travel expenses, or other related costs.
