1)      Narrow your search by city or zip.

2)     Check the location by going to the address section of the listing.

3)      You can check the nearest crossroads to get to the location. The exact address will be shared in the trip details email after booking.

4)      Enter the dates, submit your request and receive an acknowledgement.

You pay 10% of the booking upfront to confirm the booking. Upon arrival the host will collect the rest as stated in your invoice. All fees are included and you will not have any other fees collected at any time. 

5)      Once confirmed by the host you will receive the notification email with the address and house rules.

6)      Communicate with the host by going into the inbox of your Rooming Joe account.

7)      Once you arrive at the property to check in – show your ID and the confirmation email.

8)      Check the listing and confirm with the host by paying the rest of the amount. Every host has their own method of payment. Check with the host about payment options before you arrive.

9)      At the end of the stay, notify the guest and write a private review.
