You can edit booked & available dates in the calendar.

Once you receive a booking,

• You need to accept the booking and pay a $10.00 non refundable fee for the platform. This is the only fee we collect.
• You are responsible for collecting the rest of the rent from the guest and pay all local and state taxes and fees. We do not remit those on your behalf.
• Once you have accepted the reservation, please go to your inbox and respond to the guest immediately.
• You cannot cancel the reservation once you have accepted it. If you fail to honor your reservation then we reserve the right to unlist all the listings for that address and disallow future listings from that address.
• Send clear instructions to the guests, including the mode of payment.
• When they arrive, provide them with a written confirmation of their payment that includes the check-in date and the check-out date, and the amount paid.
